How To Create Online Logins for Individual Users

Setting up a simple new user is something you can do quickly and easily just by filling out the form for creating new accounts on the website. This will provide a new user with the following capabilities:

  • Order 24/7 on account
  • See custom pricing (tiers and/or their custom price library)
  • See previous orders
  • Pay invoices & statements

Basic Accounts

How to Create A Basic Company Account Online 

Setting up a basic company account is simple and quick, following the same process as individual user accounts. Just fill out the form for creating new accounts on the website to tie users to their Bill-To and grant the following capabilities:

  • Order 24/7 on account
  • See custom pricing (tiers and/or their custom price library)
  • See previous orders
  • Pay invoices & statements

Advanced Accounts

How to Request an Advanced Company Account Online

If your customer wants to utilize more advanced functionality, listed below, in addition to all the perks of a basic account; please fill out the advanced account creation form where we can provide a demo and for these functionalities:

  • Restricted product visibility online (inlcuiding Logo'd or exclusive items)
  • Order approval processes
  • Manager/admin & sub-user hierarchy 
  • User budgets

Incorrect Product Info

There is Incorrect Information in the Item Description Online

Notice incorrect information in our item descriptions online?  To resolve this issue:

  • Email Katie
  • Include the product SKU in the subject line of your email
  • Specify what is incorrect in the product's online listing

Incorrect Pricing

The Price Reflected for This Item Online is Incorrect

If you've identified an incorrect price listed for an item online, before Emailing Katie:

  • Verify all SKUs in grouping have correct tier pricing in P21
  • Verify that the UoM and pricing are aligned in P21.
  • Verify with a CSR that the correct price is in the customer's price library.

Disco/Remove SKU

There is an Item Online that Should Not Be Online

If you've found an item online that should not be there, please report it for prompt removal:

  • Email Katie
  • Include the product SKU in the subject line of your email
  • Provide insight as to why the products needs to be removed from the online storefront

How do I know if my customer has an online account?

Just ask! We don't have a way to provide insight into who has an account online and who doesn't so the best way to find out is to just send us an email including the Customer Account ID. 

What products go online?

It's a moving target. We try to do our best to show all products that have sales and inventory but we also add products for specific customers or by request. We also often add products for customer portals.
